KNB is pleased to announce additional security enhancements to Internet Banking! Effective Sunday, May 5, 2013, KNB has upgraded the login process for Internet Banking. We are streamlining the login process by eliminating the Passmark Image and Phrase and Challenge Questions, while adding new layers of security. After the upgrade, you may occasionally need to provide a One Time Security Code when logging in.Safeguarding your information is of the utmost importance to KNB. What should I expect?
Your Username and Password will not change. We are replacing the Passmark Image and Phrase with other security features and the Challenge Questions will be replaced with One Time Security Codes. If a One Time Security Code is necessary to login to Internet Banking, you will be prompted to validate your login by phone call or text message.
